Rental Agreement:
I, Civic Center Renter, understand and acknowledge that I am responsible for the following rules for the date in which I have the Civic Center rented. I also understand that if I, or anyone present at the function for which I have rented the Center, violates any of the rules, the deposit, in which I paid to the Town of Sibley will be kept and I will be unable to rent the Center in the future.
1.) A deposit fee of $100 is required to reserve the Civic Center. This fee must be paid at the time of reservation. A $100 rental fee is required when the key is picked up on the business day before the rental. The key should be picked up at Town Hall, Mon-Fri., 8am-4pm. If all rules are followed, the facilities are left clean, and the key is returned on the following business day, a refund of your deposit will be mailed to you.
2.) Rentals are daily only, no one may occupy the Center before 6am or after 11pm on the date of rental. Facilities should be cleaned, locked and vacated by 11pm.
3.) Alcoholic beverages of any kind are strictly
prohibited.
4.) Lessee is responsible for any and all damages to the building, all tables and chairs, appliances and property.
5.) There should be no activities involving anyone under 18 years old unless at least two adults are present at all times.
6.) Improper conduct will not be permitted in the Center
The Town of Sibley and/or the Sibley Police Department
has the right to terminate any function in which the above
rules are being violated or which disturbs the area
residents. If this should happen, the rental and deposit
will not be refunded.
Cleaning List:
Deposit Refunds will be mailed after Civic Center is inspected by the Town of Sibley. If conditions are not met, deposits will not be refunded. Renter will not be able to rent Center in the future.
1.) Chair & Tables are to be folded and stacked in
provided storages.
2.) Trash should be bagged and taken to the provided
dumpster.
3.) Remove all items from refrigerator, stove etc.
The appliances should be wiped out.
4.) Bathrooms are to be cleaned.
5.) All dishes and/or utensils should be washed. And
kitchens cleaned.
6.) Any trash outside should be picked up.
7.) All floors cleaned, lights and central air and heat
should be cleaned off.
8.) Doors should be locked.
